Who I am

I'm the Chief Operating Officer of Endaoment, where I built the operational infrastructure for a pioneering onchain 501(c)(3): GCP TypeScript cloud functions, multi-chain smart contract automation, and the compliance framework underpinning over $150M in audited nonprofit impact.

Before Endaoment I spent five years at Morgan Stanley in Wealth Management Finance, running CCAR balance-sheet consolidations during the E*TRADE acquisition, and administering a $1B non-comp expense budget.

My work sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and engineering: turning fragile manual processes into robust, autonomous, observable systems.

What I'm working on

  • Scaling the Endaoment operations stack: 50+ production cloud functions, 45+ custom shared libraries, multi-environment Terraform.
  • Codifying Endaoment's agentic development methodology: layered context rules, scoped skills, automated validation gates and human guides.
  • Maintaining validators.endaoment.org, the open-source Ethereum validator operations guide.

Where I've worked

Operations leader and engineer who built the E2E operational infrastructure for a pioneering onchain nonprofit; GCP TypeScript cloud functions and multi-chain smart contract automation processing ETH and ERC-20s across Ethereum, Base, and Optimism. Track record spanning fintech pipeline engineering, compliance framework development, and cross-functional leadership in technically complex spaces.
